Travel details

Flights and accommodation costs for one person per Member Service are covered by QAIHC. Additional participants and incidental costs such as transfers and meals outside of the event program are not covered by QAIHC and are the responsibility of the attending participant’s organisation.

Terms and Conditions
I wish to register for the event and agree to attend and abide by my organisation's Code of Conduct whilst there. If you do not attend this event after registering, we will recoup from your organisation full costs incurred by QAIHC. To minimise costs passed on to your organisation, QAIHC will endeavour to obtain refunds on flights and accommodation where possible. This event includes funding to cover your travel, accommodation and meals during the event program. Your organisation is responsible for incidental costs and meals outside of the event program hours.
